“First visit was a Sunday. Website and hours listed on door said open Sunday till 5:00p.m. At 3:30, even though signs hanging in windows said "Open", no one was there. Called and left message. The next morning, the manager called back and explained that the person who was supposed to be there didn't show up and she was out of town. Very friendly message.Went back and service was good, very knowledgeable, good products.”

“I love their refrigerator organization products. They are BPA free, stackable, versatile and make organizing my refrigerator a snap. The ones I use for my veges also seem to keep them fresher by at least 3 or 4 days. I also love that they are easy to clean and they are sold a variety of places. The only downside is they can sometimes be expensive.”

This is another one of those stores where if you see something you like you'd better get it because it will be GONE when you come back for it later. Their pet section is better than some of the big pet stores in regard to certain items. There are lots of name brands and even some exclusive luxury designer items as well. The selection is unbeatable. The price point is amazing!”

“I recently re-done my master bedroom. I ordered a bed, dresser and nightstand from West Elm. I also ordered a rug, bedding, planter and a lamp separately. I had no issues with delivery with any of the items. Everyone arrived on time and in good condition. The delivery crew was on top of it as well. I've seen lots of bad reviews, maybe it was covid related, who knows. I had to wait for my furniture but I knew this upfront but it did arrived within the expected timeframe.”
