For the amount of work you have to do the pay is below average. Going to people's homes that live like animals. The acting GM of the Oregon store made threats to an employee that was quitting. Working there was one worst jobs I had. Upper management talking bad about employees on zoom calls. The delivery truck was serviced and the tech advised not to drive the truck. Well driving to bowling Green and doing 64 mph, tire blew out. No one care enough to make sure we were ok

I have been renting from Aaron's for almost 30 years( in different places) I've rented from the one on Navarre Ave here in Toledo for close to 10+ years. My S.O got a lawnmower from the online app around the 4th of May where it states that the item will be DELIVERED to us in 15 days. I called after that deadline passed and was informed that it hadn't arrived and to call again the next week! I did..still not there. My S.O. got a payment due notice on his app for the lawnmower so we decided to call to see why. Here in Toledo you can be fined for high grass and we just don't have the funds to pay others to mow our grass. Well we called.. Liz I think that's her name got on the phone and let us know that the item would be delivered Monday( this call was placed this past Friday) I was JUST wondering IF they could get it here sooner. This associate got REALLY rude..Her: "Hey Lady" and proceeded to go into a rant about how it wasn't their fault the item wasn't there on time..I stopped her mid rant and explained to her WHAT MY NAME IS and I didn't blame anyone for it being late. I then asked her to speak with her manager who did a much better customer service PR. I HAVE NEVER been in my years with this Aaron's been so RUDELY spoken to. I usually go get items from their store but our van is being serviced. I am very disappointed and angry about how she spoke to me. Suggestion for Navarre Ave, Toledo Ohio..train your staff on how to speak with people!

Nick is a really great guy, once you're out the door he doesn't forget you, and if you have an issue with the item you're renting he is quick to get you a replacement.

Trying too make people use ez-pay.....manager just trying too get card numbers......order a dyer online with card and when it got to the store pick up the Manger wanted my card info when I all ready paid online.......has been reported.....

Very poor customer service and delivery personnel going to threaten my husband's life when we wasn't the ones renting merchandise from them. It was left in the home we are renting

Reynolds location is about to catch a case. Why the yelling. Monday we are to speak with the gm. They have ducked us for weeks now. It all will end Monday!!!*response update*: I bet u do "Anna". Nope. The comfort is too strong or Josh would have not been yelling like that, i tho am not the one, two or three AND my baby inclined and has changed TPS but MY baby paying on a computer she turned in for service like 8 weeks ago????? like NO! Reynolds??, the location is ridiculous and I hope it's not because we are black. We will see. GMs' are able to resolve EVERYTHING. The ball is in HIS court I am sure;) HOLLA

Worst customer service ever!!! Also brought broken furniture and the fix it guy never showed up!!! Canceled my order the first month!!! Can’t wait till the 28th to get my new stuff from a different rental company!!! Just shameful!!!!Edit you were quick to reply to my review but yet to reply to the complaint I filed Monday…yes I have a ticket complaint number…. funny how ppl have to get angry and frustrated for a person to reply to something!!!Edit again…. Today has been the schedule pick up for the damage furniture they delivered, not here my new furniture is,, they say if I sit it out and it gets damaged I’m responsible… it was ALREADY DAMAGED WHEN THEY BROUGHT IT!!!I can’t wait to see this one in court !!!
