I had a very unique experience where there was an extremely long hold on a check and was told I was out of luck. I went into the branch and the manager was able to guide me through the situation and resolved it within minutes. Thank you so much for your great client service.

I love this bank and it would be 5 stars but the one bank teller kept saying super loud how much money I was withdrawing and she wasn't even my teller. B
