“I been banking at this location in Oregon for a long time. I had a problem with the delivery of my personal checks. I went to Citizen bank to talk to somebody and Kris waited on me. She cared about my problem and she made a phone call to straighten things out. She did an excellent job. She told me they are going to send me a new set of checks and if I were to get the old checks that she was going to shred them for me. Well today Mon 7/17, I received my new checks. Kris really helped me out with my check problem. She is to be commended for a job well done. I want to thank Kris for all she done for me to get my checks ok.”

“Started banking here about 6 months ago and I really enjoy it. They have just single banking for people who just need a place to put their money but they also have all kinds of credit services and loans. The staff is always friendly and very helpful and the facility is always clean and well maintained. Parking lot of always clean and well maintained. Never seen the ATM put of service.”
“Tammy/Tamra is the best!!!! I love her!!! She helped me open up my very first credit card and we talked about the different credit cards and everything about credit like interest rates, and cash back. I knew nothing at all about credit cards or opening one up. I literally could cry she was so nice, patient, accepting and helpful! I felt so welcome and she never seemed stressed or frustrated answering my questions for like 20 or 30 minutes. I love her!! She deserves a raise or promotion!!”
