“We where charged for the month after the line was cancled and had some issues with the customer service line telling us we needed a pin we never set. We went into the store and asked for help and Scean went above and beyond. Rest our pin for us, conformed identity for us and even stood up to the customer service line making sure we got answers to our questions. We would have gotten nowhere without him. A month ago we came in and had a completely different experience. We wanted a new phone or mine fixed and it honestly felt like they didn't want to help us so we left. Today was very different, had we been helped with that energy a month ago we would not have switched providers.”

“I haven't been able to figure out what's wrong with my phone for a couple days. I went into the store on Navarre and Jimmy and Abel not only fixed my phone, but they did it quickly and for free. It was a simple fix but it would've took me forever!! Thank you Abel and Jimmy!! I love this store!!”
