“Very good. Checkout was hurried with a line of ppl waiting for me to bag my items. The cashier was not friendly. The person in front of me tried to engage her. Cashier just ignored him.
A shopper hunted me down in the park lot with an item I forgot.”
“Bought blocks today for a flower bed retaining wall. Two employees had to move pallets around with a Hilo to get the blocks down I needed. They proceeded to take the cart from the garden center to the front register. They waited til I paid and wheeled them to the other end if the store under the roof at the lumber department as it was pouring rain. They then loaded my truck for me. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I got my blocks loaded. I believe their names are Guy and David. I always get great customer service at the Perrysburg Lowe's but today was special. Employees like these make shopping better.”
“I can almost always find everything that I need there. I can't find it I can find a person who can help me find it or help me with the project that I'm working on.
The only minor issue I have is that sometimes it's hard to find a person to help you. But when you do they know exactly what you need.”
“I come here all the time for pretty much all of my needs. This location is close to my home so I frequent it as much as I can. I worked for Lowe's so I used to prefer them but with my location, the depot satisfies my needs quite well.”

I'm leaving the below in because there was a level of frustration on how this happened and hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. This is a mobile app or online order issue. YOU MUST SELECT DELIVERY FOR EVERY ITEM INDIVIDUALLY. I did not know this. I cancelled my order and then did a redo and my delivery is scheduled for ALL items.
Original issue:
Not sure what happened. Placed order using mobile app for delivery. However, got text saying ready for pickup. App shows ready for pickup for all items but one item for delivery. Called store and told that's odd and she did say everything would be delivered but then another text saying ready for pickup. I cancelled everything. I'm at work and could not go in. I'll go in tomorrow and discuss with management what happened and maybe get back on track. 3 star is just a marker for now because I prefer Lowe's and this order failed miserablely. I paid for deli of all items so not sure what happened.”
