We had a great experience at Lowe's, Perrysburg today. We were looking for electric snow blowers. An employee was very kind, and helped place the snow blower on a flat cart. The young girl that helped us was so nice and so helpful, and the cashier lady was so nice also. They helped us find our product and we bought it and left and will go back again.

Experience went well enough. Though some of the employees weren't exactly what I would call knowledgeable they were helpful and I did eventually find an employee that knew what they were talking about. Once I found them, I found what I needed quickly and left.Overall it was decent. Just probably need to educate employees.
