“We booked a 1 night stay here while attending a birthday party out of state. Very nice experience compared to other hotels in the area. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast was AMAZING, lots of choices! The staff was friendly and polite. Next time we are in the area we will be staying here. “We were here for a conference. The amenities were very nice having a bar and restaurant at the facility. The location which is surrounded by other places to eat and shop was unexpected and wonderful! I would stay here again for sure. Isabel stood out particularly as a friendly and helpful member of the team. Looking forward to coming back!”

“Wanted to give my kids a little fun night away so I decided on Quality Inn because of the spacious indoor pool. Honestly, this is our new spot ( cause I can’t afford the big water park places every month )The staff is great, the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and helped me sign up for the rewards program, the pool is amazing, the breakfast is also amazing (biscuits, gravy , eggs, waffles, cereal, milk, tea , fruit etc) and also a bar ( didn’t get to utilize this trip, but for my self care night in the future this is a amazing feature). Under remodeling apparently with all the signs, but you can’t really tell but with some dust here and there but hello…. Remodeling… it happens. Love it here and will continue to bring my kids for our fun nights “away from home “.”

“Nice cozy hotel. It's clean. Yes, the smell of good cooking looms throughout the halls, you have to understand all the rooms have a kitchen. Plenty of parking nearby, all around the area. And, close to all kinds of shopping. It's quiet, that's all we ask for. Laundry a bit challenging, everybody on weekends are doing it.Nearby activities: We come here a lot.Walkability: East walk to shops/dining.”

“Was able to valet to get to imagination station. Then headed up to the heights after all the fun. Had amazing fried brussel sprouts. Validated valet and made a wonderful and easy trip. We will be back.”

“Stayed here over night on 9-9-23, because all the other hotels were booked. At first glance, we were not impressed with the appearance of the outside of the hotel. We were expecting the inside to be run down, and not very clean. To our surprise, we were wrong. The rooms were clean, bathroom and shower were clean, bedding was fresh . The hotel was VERY quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Amit Patel. I believe he is the general manager. He reminded me how to take advantage of membership points and answered all the questions I had about the rewards program. They served a continental breakfast , which I did not see, but my family members went down to get coffee and said that the area looked clean and there was a variety of food. We will definitely be staying here again.”

“I really enjoyed this resort with a cottage style feel by Lake Erie. We drove around the golf course, which looked challenging with hills and the windy weather by the water. The cabins looked quite nice for a private holiday and the hotel with lake views was very nice, many families with kids were staying at the hotel so I would recommend the cabins for a more private and quiet getaway. We got up early in the morning and enjoyed the jacuzzi nicely with nobody there, do that if it's too busy. Staff was very nice except the housekeepers waking you up super early, so put a sign outside for sure. Other than that, all excellent. Rooms are very well-equipped, I was very impressed by that.”
