About Maumee Bay Lodge & Conference Center
Maumee Bay Lodge & Conference Center is a beautiful and scenic location directly on Lake Erie, offering a nice quiet atmosphere for relaxation. The grounds are beautiful and the lodge is large, with most every room featuring a great view of the lake. The entire area is quite flat and very walkable, with wheelchair accessible paths and boardwalks.
The indoor facility has been renovated and is very cozy, clean, and inviting, with plenty of different places to sit and relax. Rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, with modern furnishings and great amenities; the bathrooms are particularly nice. The lodge offers lots of activities and is a fun getaway spot for the whole family, with thoughtful amenities for young children, exercise, and indoor court sports. There is a nice restaurant and lounge on site with great, decent, and well-priced food, as well as a good bar area and pools. The food and beverage service staff is uniformly excellent, friendly, courteous, and thoughtful, and the front desk staff is always courteous and attentive. The lodge provides good value for the money.
Some areas for improvement are in reservation technology, communication across departments, and general facilities housekeeping outside of the rooms. The catered food is adequate, and walkability for those unable to use stairs could be a concern depending on elevator availability. Overall, it is a great location for outdoors, water, nature, walking, biking, trails, or golf.

Was there for the America 250/9-11 remembrance drone show. Nice show, could have been longer program.

One of my favorite state parks! And bonus it's basically in my back yard. The hiking trails, eagles nest, the sunsets on the water. Beautiful location proud to have it in my city!
