Menards is a good place for tools, hardware, and indoor and outdoor projects. It has the best construction and building tools, a great outdoor fire and camping selection, and great Christmas decor. The store is clean. Prices can be hard to beat. Many employees are great and very helpful, with some going above and beyond. However, some employees are not always friendly or knowledgeable, and checkout can feel hurried. Overall, it is a store many customers love.

Very good. Checkout was hurried with a line of ppl waiting for me to bag my items. The cashier was not friendly. The person in front of me tried to engage her. Cashier just ignored him. A shopper hunted me down in the park lot with an item I forgot.
