I like stopping here when I'm in the area. It's a good store, but on my last visit they had the music in fish area up a little too loud.

Been going here for a decade and they always are so nice and helpful with any questions I have or if I need something ordered they’re more than happy to oblige! Wendy is one of my favorites, always making sure I get my loyalty points at check-out! I cant recommend this place enough!

Great ppl they know a lot. Went in there to get 2 things for our hermit crab and walked out with something for all of our animals. Jena was the one that helped us and she was awesome .

Please please please don’t ever get a pet here. For your own sake. I have been sold 3 sick pets from here. So heartbreaking. Do NOT support this store. I went through so much heartbreak because of the ways they get their animals. My animals were taken to a vet and it was the horrible breeding standards that killed them. They we’re genetically set up to die. Please do not support this horrible store. The owners need to be in jail. I genuinely can’t even express how mad at the fact that they sell sick animals.And for reference I got all of my pets at different times. Just for them to all be sick with the same thing. Horrible place. Horrible store. I genuinely can’t fathom owning a pet store and treating the pets this horribly.

Really nice staff, we didn't even know we could ask to hold the pet's they have there and they just asked us if we wanted to and we got to watch the snakes eat. Me and my friend loved it.❤️❤️?

Staff is not that friendly, I walked up to the counter to check out and the girl walked away.On occasion I've found bugs in snack bins where dog treats were.Unless you are a regular patron you have to figure out where things are.

I just love this store! I have been faithful to them since day one through a cat...a big chocolate lab and a bunny! They are amazing and always seem to give that extra comfort with their knowledge and genuine love for all our beloved extensions to our families. Some Eastside stores just can't be replaced.
