This bank and corporation is THE WORST. They place Zelle on their app but don’t stand behind. They are ALL TALK AND NO CONCERN about the customer. RUN RUN RUNKeep your money with you in a safe, wall, mattress or anywhere as it is safer there than here at PNC.49 years I did business and trusted this institution and they will take your money but not help when you’re scammed professionally. They do not help get your money back nor does Zelle even though they KNOW WHERE IT IS.They still have ZELLE on their app despite me learning how many people use this to steal your money.FIRTY-NINE YEARS of banking and they talk down to you like you’re stupid. These were professional scammersI pulled EVERY LAST PENNY and closed 49 years

Horrible Staff, Genelle is rude and disrespect customers on a regular basis, it's sad how horrible this branch acts. Will be contacting customer service. Highly recommend you use a different bank.

Tikina or however you spell her name was very lazy and rude, did not want to help me at all. Seemed like she just didn’t want to do her job, thankfully when I spoke with a manager everything was handled gracefully. The manager is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. If you have the option go to the maumee PNC.

So my 19 yr old son goes into this location to cash in saving bonds and to see about a personal loan. He was told to come back because they were to busy! He didn't get to cash in bonds! That is totally unbelievable.
