The wait times are absolutely terrible. The staffing issues need to be addressed. 40 minutes in line with 8 people ahead of me and 8 people behind me is absolutely ridiculous. Desi and Phyllis are wonderful! Polite, friendly and efficient!

I went into this bank last Saturday in the last hour they were open , needed to speak to a teller , Deseree was very polite , and quick to reduce the line , she was very polite and professional, great service
