“Unfortunately my car's engine is no longer working so I needed a tow from the mechanic's shop back to my home while I decide on a next step. I found Bargain Towing online and they were a pleasant God send from start to finish. Sam was very communicative on the phone and gave the best quote in comparison to the other 5 companies I called. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. And when Billy arrived to pickup my car he was extremely pleasant and talked me through everything he would be doing and dropped my car off safely at my house without incident. Hoping our paths do not need to cross again, lol, but if they do I have their number saved in my phone because they were a ray of sunshine after a gloomy moment. “I needed a major suspension overhaul on my 2012 KIA forte and had another shop give me an estimate of almost $1900. Due to not having that kind of money on hand I put it off longer than I should have. I ended up at Schads for a separate exhaust flex pipe issue and after a great price on that repair I got an estimate from Schads for the suspension and he quoted it at less than half the original. Even with an oil change, tune up and two used tires it still came in a little over half. AND it was done in half a day. John is great and the mechanics are good at what they do. It is now my new mechanic. Well done.”

The rear tail light needed replaced and some paint required a touch up. “My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received here. Last week my husband and I noticed that our heat wasn’t working great in our minivan and started to notice it overheating a little. After further inspection, we could see puddling under the van and my husband did some mild diagnostic work to find out it was our radiator. We took the minivan in (they were able to get us in super quick!) after calling them and they gave us 2 options: do a quick inspection at their fee to ensure it was the radiator before replacing, or just replace the radiator and hope it’s that. We did the inspection and ended up replacing the radiator. Our vehicle is older and they managed to have ONE radiator left for it. They were able to get our car in to check it out by 1300, repair it and have it safely back to us by 1715. Not only were they quick but they were friendly and professional. James was very nice to work with and we will be back for sure! Thanks guys for keeping our van and our family safe and warm!”

“Was referred to AJ Towing by Steve's Auto Care which is a few miles away from AJ Towing and Auto Repair, as AJ Towing had the diagnostic tools to test my electric and cylinder systems. Steve's Auto Care did look at my car for about a half an hour- for free, but didn't have the right equipment to test the various systems thus Steve's referred me to AJ Towing. AJ Towing replaced my coil pack with a used one which I requested for just $30. Labor $50. They first called me to let me know what the problem was and if I wanted to come by to pick up my van to replace the coil myself, but I gave them the go ahead. At least from my experience they seemed genuinely honest and nice people. The shop is under a road, by railroad tracks surrounded by a lot of junked out cars and a fence, but don't let first impressions fool you.”
