“So, I've dealt with quite a few shops, but I've never, ever had one I felt so good about. WOW is my review. They're the nicest people. Very patient with me and all my questions. And the car was returned so quickly, I've never had a car returned that quickly with that much being done. And icing on the cake is HERTZ car rental is on site at this location. I will never use another shop going forward. This location is the best I've found. 10 stars all the way! The car was returned to me looking better than when it was purchased!
UPDATE: Just realized this shop even detailed the car. The rims were all cleaned on all 4 wheels. Inside all cleaned up. Smells great! Wow, i called my insurance rep to tell her how great this shop is. I will be recommending them to everyone i get the chance. I was just too happy to notice the extra details they threw in.

“Excellent Customer Service. My coolant started to leak profusely last night. I looked them up and stopped by. The tech even went outside to assess the problem but nothing could be done. He wrote me up so the morning team was aware. They brought my truck inside, determined I needed a water pump and immediately ordered one, replaced it, a few other items and I was on my way out the door. Job well done!!! Thank you very much”
“My 19 yr. old grandson (& I) bought his first car, a 2007 Nissan Sentra SE-R on a Sunday and on Weds he 360'd down an icy exit ramp and into a highway sign post destroying the rear passenger door, rocker panel & dog-leg. He was devastated (liability coverage only). That Friday I took it to one of the big guys (F**line) and got a $3K guesstimate. So, I started asking around and was given Steve's name & number. We dropped the car at The Breeze Custom Rides shop on Thursday evening and Steve's guys had it ready to go by the next Tuesday and at less than half the F***line price. The repair looks fantastic, like it never happened. I can't thank Steve and his guys enough for saving the day for my grandson & I. I highly recommend everyone to check with The Breeze Custom Rides before signing with any of the big name shops. Steve and his guys can do as good if not better.”

This store and location had a working machine which gave me peace of mind that I was replacing the correct problem on my car”

“I had a great experience with Germain regarding my car purchase and trade-in. My sales consultant was Chris Sims, and he was incredibly helpful. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars and their features. He was also very funny and just a great person to work with. Another great thing about him was that he didn't try to push anything on me - he listened to what I wanted and only showed me what I was asking for. He was Also very clear and upfront about add-on services when it came down to actual sale part of my visit. Moreover, I got a great trade-in value for my 2015 car. I was really pleased with their initial offer and I didn't have to ask for a better trade-in value. I felt like the car purchasing process was streamlined and well organized at this dealership. That made the day go by a little easier. One thing I would recommend - call ahead to see what they have on the lot or what is arriving on the lot soon. This is because there is a shortage of labor and parts right now, which is creating a shortage of vehicles. They explained to me that they are allocated a certain number of cars by VW, and they don't really have much input on what they get and how many cars they get. This has nothing to do with Germain VW and it isn't because they are a bad dealership (actually they are one of the largest), but just do yourself this favor so that you aren't disappointed if they don't have anything for you to look at or possibly purchase.”
“At Byers Chevrolet I received the best customer service! I was passing through Grove City on a road trip where I needed to get my car serviced and checked before I continued the road trip. I needed an oil change and tire rotation, and the service technician was so pleasant and helpful- I wish I got his name but overall would recommend this dealership you can tell they care about their customers!”

“I stopped into a different shop and was quoted a VERY high rate for the job, and knew i needed to look elsewhere.
I contacted Wet Audio after a few reccomendations from people in the car community. I told them about my slightly unique setup, and they got me in super fast, and gave me a great rate!
Wes did a nice job on the install and was honest about what he thought should be done, and how to do it.
Its not the prettiest shop and it definitely feels west side, but dont let that scare you away, the worlds expensive these days
and ill take good work over fancy shop expensive work any day.
