“I was in a bind! My wife needed to leave and the battery wouldn't turn over. AAA came out but didn't have the battery, so they jumped it and I had to go to an auto store to get a battery. They couldn't install it because of the disclaimer on the sale ("needing a professional") and they sent me across the street to C&C to have it installed.I couldn't be happier. He saw I was definitely in a bind trying to get back home and was more than willing to fit me in with almost no delay. He was very personable and awesome to just hang around the garage with while he finished the repair. “I was caught with a dead battery and bad alternator in the middle of Columbus. After getting towed to Shifflet's, not knowing they had a towing service themselves, they promptly did work on my van, replacing both the battery and alternator. After driving it for a day or so, my batter light started coming on again... it seemed that the alternator they had given me was also a bad part. My battery light would not stay on, it would come on for a few seconds and then go off but after getting it to act up, they replaced the alternator again.
