“Called 02/28/26 at 8:45pm. I believe Josh was the employee who answered my call, I asked him for the Store manager, who wasn’t in at the time. And then asked if he’s worked there for a long time (I wanted to ask about a candidate, who used to work here, and I’m considering hiring). I didn’t mean to come off rude and said it in a light hearted tone. He chuckles and hangs up. I call back and talk to Jeff, who handled my questions honestly and well. I wouldn’t take one of my employees hanging up on customers very well. Left it as a 5 star review because Jeff was appropriate, and I don’t want to negatively impact the store, but still get this situation known”
