“We received a letter from Serpentini to trade in my 2023 Equinox. We usually throw those away, but I read it and we decided to just see what they could offer us. Derek K. Was simply amazing! He listened to what I wanted and didn’t want and -though they didn’t have one on their lot-he said he would find one for us.
