Showed up first thing Monday morning at Ulmer’s in Loveland, Ohio and not only did they squeeze me into a full slate of repair appointments to diagnose the issue, they also fixed it including honoring a warranty on a 2 year old battery purchased from the previous Marcotte repair shop. Will definitely go back for any other repairs we need in the future and would highly recommend Ulmer’s.”

They provided advice on car rental, but were very quick with the repair. There was significant body work, new parts and paint required. When I picked it up, the work was stellar. Having my front struts replaced was also a lot more affordable here than other places I've gotten quotes from. Even when I had a small issue, they replaced the part in no time and I really appreciated how honest the owner is with his clients - it's so refreshing after dealing with so many shady businesses.

“When my truck needed a new headliner, I immediately called on Awad's. I'm a repeat customer... but not very frequent. This is my third job with them.
Tom, the owner, did a fabulous job on my 24 f250. In and out in out in one day. It's been about 2 weeks or so since the job, and no issues to report. Looks great! And a small rattle I had is no longer there. :) Respectful, professional and courteous.
My first two jobs were done by Tom's father. The business was started by Tom's grandfather if I recollect what Tom was telling me.

“I bought a 2007 Dodge caravan back in April, now this is December 31st and I just had my major issue about a week ago. The alternator went out. I got it fixed and was very pleased that I went that long before I had any issues at all. They worked with me they did a wonderful job getting me in this vehicle when I really needed one.
