“I order online and pick up, usually dog food and cat litter. They are always prompt when I arrive. I also purchase crickets and worms for my reptiles. Everything is usually high quality. If I have any outdoes l issues they take care of the problem right away. Great job!”
“Loved this store! Unfortunately I live an hour away, but they had chicks and I made the trip! I was made to feel like a regular visitor the minute I walked in, friendly and helpful! Knowledgeable staff, bought few plants and a wind chime with the chicks of course! Will visit again!”
“This place is bigger then normal. Went to look at a couple things found alot more then i expected. I got a good pair of work gloves for cheap. They jus built the place in a couple days an it looks nice an clean. I will be posting a pic soon i didnt get one the first visit but this place is nice an its right by oreilys so you can get parts an stuff close if they dont have it you dont need it”
“Staff are very friendly and patient. Usually someone welcomes you to the store when you arrive. And offers treats if you have your dog with you. Store keeps good stock and is clean.”
“I used to go to feeders because they had fish that alot of other pet stores didn't, recently they have the same fish you find at every other pet store. Other than that it's a decent store.”

“Most of the time the Amelia store has friendly, very helpful employees but there is a few very poor customer service skills, rude in a hurry there is a couple of girls that make you feel like you’re bothering them every time they go in like it’s not their job. The obedience classes are wonderful.”
“Spoke to Kaylie on the phone, she was so nice, & very helpful explaining the process.. Once we got there Darby was the one who helped us, she answered all of our questions, & made the process of getting our goldendoodle Autumn a smooth process. We ended up waiting for some phone calls much later than we all had expected, she & her coworker were kind & didn't seem annoyed to be stuck waiting after the store had closed. I am so sorry again that it did take so long, but they both were very professional about it & didn't show any annoyance toward the issue. Thank you again for the amazing experience, you must only hire the best people there!”
“Great experience with staff. Facility was clean. Drove down from traverse city Michigan, about a 71/2 hour drive arrived hour before closing. The staff did not rush us and answered all questions. . Puppies were well cared for. So happy with this little King Charles puppy. She's amazing.”
