Awful customer service when calling in! Worthless and not helpful at all! All they want to do is transfer you all over the place! Anything to not do their job!

Very nice staff, they've helped us with CDs, transfers, online banking, safe deposit boxes and more. They're always friendly and helpful, giving of their time. The Bank itself has excellent online services.

Nothing like 2 hours on hold to not ever get an answer and no solution to my card not working. Neat!
