“I have used this bank since 2021. It’s a wonderful bank. They do some much for community outreach and to support those in need. They do everything professionally and they keep the bank clean and organized. It’s always a welcoming experience. I would highly recommend using this bank for all your financial needs.”

“I had a great experience working with the team at the Painesville Credit Union. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They helped me with a loan for my new car and made everything simple and straightforward. They took the time to answer my questions and explained my options. The whole experience was smooth and stress free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local financial institution that provides a personal customer experience.”

“My teller, her name was Karen I believe, was the best proactive teller I've ever experienced. I had my debit card connected to my money market. Not only am I missing out on a great deal of monthly interest, but also my if my debit card gets stolen That person could tap into my money market . Every time I go up to that bank, someone makes a Thoughtful suggestion on how to maximize my holdings or to protect myself from fraud. Glad to be here.”

“First time being in this branch. I was asked why do I want to withdraw when I just deposit it last night. My reply was kind of rude by saying is my money I do whatever I want. Which is true and I apologize right after. Marie was professional and didn't reply rudely. Sorry and thank you, Marie, I respect your customer service manners”

“I had an exceptionally positive experience working with Jennifer Coad, Senior Personal Banker at Dollar Bank in Painesville. I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and thoughtful approach to helping me make better use of my finances. I had maintained a savings account for several years without fully realizing its potential. Jennifer took the time to understand my situation, explain my options clearly, and help me transition into a Platinum Savings Checking account that is now generating nearly $2,400 a year for me. What impressed me most was that Jennifer did not simply recommend a product—she helped me understand the greater principle behind it. Money is a tool, and when it is managed thoughtfully, it can work for you rather than simply sit idle. Jennifer showed me how to utilize my existing resources much more effectively, and I am extremely grateful for her guidance. Her professionalism, patience, financial knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping her customers are truly commendable. I sincerely appreciate the time and care she invested in helping me, and I would highly recommend Jennifer Coad to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and conscientious banking professional. Thank you, Jennifer, for helping me see my finances in a more productive and informed way. Your assistance made a meaningful difference, and it is very much appreciated.”
