Very nice staff, they've helped us with CDs, transfers, online banking, safe deposit boxes and more. They're always friendly and helpful, giving of their time. The Bank itself has excellent online services.

Once again Dollar bank has made changes to make things more difficult for there customers. New ATM machine that will not take my check or cash deposit. You can now get a teller to help you so I use that option. Re submit my check ad becouse it was not signed she would not deposit to my account. Never had that problem when using the ATM in the past. Many many problems over the last 31 years as a customer this just the next in line from a bank what could care less about customer service.
