Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio has served the Northeast Ohio community for over 100 years through its network of 23 stores. The organization supports many community services and outreach programs, including employment initiatives for people with disabilities, family strengthening services, and rape crisis programs, all funded by donations and store sales. The stores are well organized and clean, with end caps arranged by colors and aisles sorted by item types such as holiday items, toys, and electronics. Notably, electronics sections include outlets for testing items before purchase. Customers often praise the friendly and helpful staff, and the store's layout is appreciated for its organization, with color-coded shelves for jewelry and other items. The store offers a large selection of items, and a points program allows shoppers to earn free merchandise. While prices are considered high by some, this is typical for Goodwill stores, which aim to support their community programs rather than compete with big box stores on low prices. Donations are welcomed at a convenient collection center that provides helpful service, a carport for easy drop-off, and the option for staff to unload donations. Many customers value that proceeds from sales help fund programs that provide skills and support for those struggling in the community. Overall, the store is appreciated for its cleanliness, organization, and the positive impact it has on the community.
Very good experience. My cashier was very friendly and told me I helped save a life today which was awesome.

While I try not to support big corporate thrift stores like Goodwill that are purely for profit, this location suprisingly excellent collection of interesting items!

Super friendly and unless prices dropped across the board with Goodwill, they're much cheaper than others in the area
