Store personnel are nice, store was well stocked, place was clean, plenty of parking. Prices are too high for donated things, but that’s typical for Goodwills.

Hands down the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen in my life. Prices for the merchandise was good, and the weekly deals are stellar, but that bathroom will keep me from coming back.

I’ve been to this store a few times and normally it is fine, but today was not good at all. My friend and I were waiting in line to be checked out and my friend picked up a toy monkey by the checkout shelf that clapped its hands together and clicked the button a few times. It was adorable and we spoke about buying it for my child, when the rude cashier started commenting on her needing to buy the child’s toy because she was going to break it. She just got worse from there including her talking down to us because we shouldn’t touch anything we won’t buy. She called us bad customers and was snotty the whole transaction. The other cashier kept telling us she was sorry for her attitude. It was the most despicable attitude I have seen from someone working customer service. Especially since she targeted us and clearly wanted to make us uncomfortable.

Used to shop here all the time. The prices are outrageous now. 10-15 for jeans no matter the brand. This is used clothing. Calm down

We donate multiple times to this store. Today 4/5/23 2:00 we pulled up and the young lady with short hair and glasses was so rude.I realize that some of these workers have disabilities but they should not work with the public if they cannot be nice. A thank you for your donation would have probably ended it better but no.You need to have young people who can work with the public.Just having a body is not acceptable.

Was cleaning out Estate. Yes they took everything I was dropping off. It ended there. The girl at the drop off line never said a word to me until the end. I asked "Do you take this?" I just git a nod and no actual words. This went on for 5 boxes. When it came to the heavy stuff, I was never asked if I needed help, nor did she go and get help for me to unload. I should not have to ask when donating something, it should be a given, so I did it myself.

This is my favorite Goodwill! It always has a huge selection, everyday there's 1 color on sale, their dressing rooms are really nice & the Goodwill points program lets you earn free merchandise! Love!

This is one of the worst Goodwill stores I’ve ever been to in Ohio. High prices, goods are often damaged or shabby beyond repair. I thrift often and don’t expect pristine conditions, but many of the items aren’t salvageable. I never find anything worth purchasing… it’s like a bad garage sale where the person thinks their junk is worth more than it actually is.

They do not know how to honor their customers. Management should be more aware of their customers needs and wants. Also isn't the customer always right ? I work in retail myself. They have no clue what they are doing let alone how to handle THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS. PERIOD.Hopefully they hire new management ASAP !

Don’t work for them, they’ll fire you for being bullied, despite whether you’re one of the best managers they’ve had or not, they’ll keep drunks and mentally unstable though, all before Christmas too, happy homeless holidays!!!!!!

I don't shop at Goodwill but I donate frequently by the carload. I like to donate larger items or lightly used items that would be too much of a hassle to sell myself, but still have plenty of use left in them. The people working the donation center at this store are always very friendly and helpful and ask if I would like a receipt. They wheel the collection barrel out to my car and will unload for you if you like, then politely thank you for the donation. The collection center has very convenient hours, a nice carport to protect you from rain & snow, and you never have to wait for an attendant to help. I donate here because I understand the proceeds of selling my items will go to help people who may be struggling in our community. Goodwill funds programs that will not just feed them for a day, but provide them skills to improve their quality of life in the long term. That is a worthwhile investment to me. I don't donate here because I think people are entitled to the biggest "bargain" on consumer goods. I see quite a few review complaints about the prices at Goodwill stores claiming this is due to "greed". But who is actually the greedy one here? The more money Goodwill makes off the donations, the more people Goodwill can help through their community service programs. Goodwill's mission is not to provide you with blenders and t shirts cheaper than Walmart. They do not exist to compete with big box retail stores to provide you with the cheapest goods. If the going rates for thrift items is at a certain level across the country, why should they forgo these proceeds that will be spent to help those in genuine need ...to offer YOU a bargain? If you are on here complaining about this, YOU are the one suffering from greed. You are literally complaining about money being used to help starving people in poverty...so you can get a designer tshirt a few dollars cheaper than at Walmart? All you care about is getting a bargain for YOURSELF, without any concern for those in the community that may be struggling. This behavior is just another testament to how far our society has fallen into addictive consumerism. Those complaining seem completely oblivious to the fact that Goodwill is a NONPROFIT CHARITY that uses its proceeds to fund programs that save people who are struggling to survive in their own communities. Start thinking about actually contributing something to society instead just taking, taking, taking and having a tantrum every time you don't get whatever trinket your heart desires at the bargain price you think you are entitled to. Appalling selfishness.

We went in the store at 7:30 and the cashier (lady with blue bangs) yelled to us at the door to warn us the store closed at 8. That’s fine. 10 minutes later she announces that we need to start heading to the register and kept repeating that every few minutes. While I was waiting in line I took the clothes off the hanger to try and help her. As I walked up to the counter the same lady (with the blue bangs) rudely yelled at me to hurry up walking (which mind you was just a few steps). And as I was setting my clothes down once again yelled at me to hurry up. Then as I was paying with my card. She kept telling me to hurry up and hit enter. I walked out to my car shaking my head and some other people asked me if she was rude to me as she was to rude to them as well. Definitely would not recommend coming back here after 7.

I used to love going to this store but since they allow one particular customer to loiter in the store I have been very discourage to go. One day out of the blue he approached me and told me that I might as well not come there since he planned to purchase all the particular kind of glass I look for. I fealt very threatened by him. I called and reported it to the manager she said she would take care of it. Nothing was done he still continues to sit in the store all day every day other customers I have spoken to reported similar incidents. He stands and waits for the carts to come out an then grabs lots of items and then sits and looks them up. Today I tried to picup an item I was interested in and he grabbed it out of my hand. Since I feel threatened and bullied when I go there I will take my business else where. I can’t believe Goodwill supports this abusive customer by allowing him to threaten customers.
