“I went to Vitcom just browsing the plaza of Harbor Freight, Sakura Buffet, Don Ramones Restaurant, Cleveland Thrift and Furniture and Vitcom. I was surprised to see the items in Vitcom. I purchased a 350 sq ft 8000 BTU portable air conditioner unit (new) in the box for $200. They have the smaller ones from $135 in the box. The transaction was smooth and they email and text receipts to your phone, no paper receipts. When we arrived, they must have had at least 50 air conditioners. The next day maybe 25. I am proud of my purchase and I am enjoying my air conditioner.”

“Great service! Our Dyson stick vacuum battery recently stopped holding a charge. This would be the 3rd battery replacement in 7 years. My in-laws have a Simplicity vacuum that they really like. When I looked on Simplicity’s website it showed that Strongsville Vacuum was an authorized dealer, so I went there with the intentions of just getting the same one that my in-laws. Arriving I was greeted immediately and helped. They demonstrated all of the stick vacuums for me. They suggested a Riccar which is the same manufacturer as Simplicity but a more premium brand. The Riccar is actually less expensive than the Simplicity but doesn’t have 2 batteries and extra attachments like the Simplicity. I let them know that this is something I would have to discuss with my wife and they did not pressure me at all. They thanked me for coming in and gave me their card. After leaving I discussed it with my wife and we decided to purchase the Riccar. I called them to let them know and they set one aside for me. When I arrived they had everything ready for me. We have had the vacuum for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it. Last longer than the previous Dyson and picks up better as well. Just a great experience all around and we could not be happier with our purchase. I would highly recommend checking here before buying your next vacuum.”

Both ladies were very helpful in replying to my questions, and Kim even put a note on my order so it would be delivered properly. Thank you both so much for making my day much easier. “Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”

“I chose the Best Buy “Geek Squad” to install a Uniden radar detector (R8W - New Model), plus a Redtiger dash cam (F17Elite). They were installed in 2 separate visits, over the course of a couple of weeks, due to scheduling.

The Best Buy technician who installed both units was Agent Tim. I found Tim to be very patient, very knowledgeable, very professional, and very conscientious. It was my good fortune that he worked on my vehicle! Tim is a great ambassador for the Best Buy brand, and I hope that management recognizes him.

Now, the Uniden radar detector has operated flawlessly. No issues. It works out of the box, exactly as advertised.

Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the Redtiger dash cam. While the front, rear, and cabin cameras work (as advertised) when my vehicle is moving, the Parking Mode function is inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Agent Tim installed the dash cam correctly.

I am frustrated beyond belief.

The only saving grace is that the Redtiger customer service team is absolutely passionate about resolving the issue with the Parking Mode. I have spoken to Emerson on the phone, and I’ve exchanged emails with Emma. They have been outstanding in terms of trying to resolve the issue, and they are truly customer-focused and driven in their eagerness to deliver a solution. I can’t say enough about their genuine desire to get this Parking Mode issue remedied.

I’ll update this Review as needed, especially if I get caught-up in a “he said/she said” between Redtiger and Best Buy, which I don’t anticipate…”

“I had a mixed experience at the lumber department of this Home Depot.

We purchased plywood and needed it cut. The representative Craig helped us first, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Later, when I got home, I realized the plywood needed to be cut another 1/2 inch, so I returned to the store. This time the representative was Adrian, and unfortunately the experience was very different. He was unprofessional, refused to cut the plywood, and seemed to have an attitude when I politely asked if someone else could help. When I asked about the other employee, he said he was the only one there.

I then spoke with the onsite manager, who listened to the issue and helped resolve the situation. We waited for Craig to return, and he immediately helped us and cut the plywood without any problem.

Craig was extremely professional, experienced, and clearly takes pride in his work. Employees like him make a big difference in customer experience. 5 stars for Craig.

Adrian, on the other hand, may benefit from additional customer service and lumber department training”
