“I heard about Zafer through the grape vine and after reading his reviews I made my decision that this was where I wanted to take my car. It also helped he is the only one doing icon rocklear here in Cleveland. It was a bit of drag to find out it would take a month and a half to get my car in there. However, anyone that buys is doing something right. Took my car on the day my appointment was set. Up to that point and throughout the entire process the communication was stellar. It was like going to school when I dropped my car off as Zafer made sure to explain the tint options and go over how the icon actually protects the car. He's a master of his craft and customer service is beyond what anyone would expect. I'm taking my van to tinted when he's available. I will take all my vehicles to Zafer moving forward and recommend him to anyone who ask if I know someone who does what offers. If you're reading this review please stop and call Zafer now cause he's going to have a waiting list and he is the guy you want working on your car.”

“PCS is super honest, friendly, and quick. I took my car in because I thought it was driving funny. I asked them to check the spark plugs and give it a test drive. They called me a little while later to say they could not find anything wrong with it. They offered to do a tune-up, but said that they really didn't think I needed it. They could have taken my money and ran. 1000% recommend!”

“Frank is an Amazing person who took very good care of me on my 2004 Chevy Corvette Commemorative edition on paint job Wich came out outstanding and not only that!! Here is the touchy part!! when the car was completed he found out my wife was in the hospital she just had Brain surgery he delivered the car right to my Driveway and said to me on the phone Merry X Christmas Wich brought tears to my eyes..

“I recently had front end repair at PCS, I had no idea who to go to for a second estimate, so I trusted some friends and each of them at the top of maybe two places they were recommending all of Cleveland and Lakewood, PCS came out at the top with everybody, so I had the same experience they let me know what was going on a whole step of the way, along with communication with the insurance company and the process was very smooth and took about a week. I declined the rental car option with the insurance company so they even gave me a ride at the shop, and when the job was done to my surprise, the mechanic was detailing and finishing up making my car cleaner than it was when I bought it recently used from Carvana. So much later in the day, and finally this morning, when they opened, I returned and left to leave a tip for the mechanic that I can’t remember his name. I’m so sorry, but he has also a same 2013 Hyundai Veloster but red, I wanted to let you know I appreciate the great work and the final touch of detailing. Thanks again for a great job, as same for shop owner!”

I wasn't even there for 10 minutes and the scratch was gone and told me have a great day! Wouldn't even accept the 20 dollars I tried to give him for the work he'd done! Exceptional human. He also took the time to send me photos of the hole process while it was being repaired. They even cleaned the car in the inside wow ?
