He greeted us when we arrived, and then gave us ample time to look around and try different recliners out until we were ready to talk. He then answered our questions and assisted us in picking out the fabrics. Then he wrote up the order and reviewed each item with us to make sure everything was correct. “We had decided the recliner we wanted but were unsure of color and features. We were in Florida but were buying for an Ohio home. We wanted to get in queue if we were to order (which we ultimately did). Thus we called the Strongsville Ohio store. Laurie was very friendly and helpful. She texted me pictures of the leather colors available, explained features and ultimately ordered the furniture for us. She did as much for us as if we were in the showroom and we accomplished, long distance, what we needed done.”

“We stumbled upon this space- actually walked through the Wardrobe into Narnia! It was such an amazing surprise. Coco gave us a tour and was the most lovely host. The scenes where were all so cool and creative! Amazing place for photos, events and to bring your kids!We are from NYC and selfie experiences are super commonplace there. This felt very different. Not corporate, tourist trap. It felt like a true passion project with lots of fun and creativity! Don’t miss it if you are visiting Cleveland!”

“Went mattress shopping to get a better understanding of what the new gel foam and hybrid mattresses were all about. Matthew was a wealth of knowledge and patiently showed us all of the different choices available. We went to another mattress store for price comparison and the sales person wasn’t as knowledgeable as Matthew. We ended up back at Levin’s and purchased a Stearns and Foster with an adjustable base. It was delivered two days ago and we love it. So glad we were able to try all of the mattresses, and in comparison shopping we got the best deal at Levins.”

Bill's sales demeanor was perfect. A real professional. He didn't hover over us and gave us space to look through the inventory, while checking in periodically providing very useful information about the products and fabrics. He knew the right questions to ask, which set us in the right direction. He gave us plenty of time to look through fabric choices and offered helpful suggestions. To mention, I had no idea they had such a wide selection of furniture and at very reasonable prices. Eli and John were both very knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. As someone who owns and rehabs old houses, it’s a cool place to shop (or just browse some of the classiest and also weirdest stuff from the past).But, I also tend to have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve removed from houses but had no use for. “Such a great little treasure. There are many different vendors in separate areas of the store, each holding a number of items from antiques to jewelry you some great crafts! The F Bombs are my favorite. The staff and vendors were super polite and very helpful. Each item is marked with a tag containing price and special code to indicate which vendor it belonged to. Items ranged from a few bucks on up depending on what you're looking for.”
“I have traveled all over the country and one of my favorite things to do is go to "thrift shops" and consignment stores. Second City is not only a fun place to look for very unique things but also a place to find very high quality home furnishings! It is more than a "thrift shop" I found the most unique lamp that looks to be from the early 1900's. The dishes I found are beautiful. The most amazing thing about this store is the prices! Everything is priced very reasonably . One of the employees told me they price items to moved quickly. This place is my favorite browsing shop and I have also consigned things with the store. They have a very unique system that is designed to help you keep track of your items. Anyway, i could go on and on but i don't want to forget to mention the over the top service!!!
