“Stopped into Anglo-American darts this week to replace a set of darts that I bought there 5 years ago. Worked with Steve who was friendly and knowledgeable about what the perfect darts for me! Great service, knowledgeable staff is why I keep coming back!! Thanks!”
“Love this toy store! Great selection of toys and miniatures and the best customer service! Truly the cutest and love walking around the historic town with lots to do afterwards.”
“From out of town, looking for comic book stores to check out. Carol & John’s was a perfect place to visit: great selection, nice layout, and a vibe that felt welcoming and laid-back. The staff I met were friendly and knowledgeable, and they made sure to point out their very heavy Back to the Future memorabilia collection after noticing my Back to the Future shirt! Carol & John’s is an excellent store, and I hope I can visit again soon.”
“They've been in the business since 1921 - family owned and operated. Great selection of vintage watches. Just picked up a great Seiko 5 Automatic from the 1970's”
“Was looking for another local cardshop to go too and came upon B&B so figured id give it a try. The selection of cards and cases is literally amazing, I mean he has everything. Right away Bob the owner greeted me, asked me if I ever been to his shop which I havent and from there we built a great dialouge. Ill definitely be coming back soon. I dont really post reviews but I support local shops that I feel are good and this shop is great so if your looking for cards give it a try.”
“Awesome LGS. They have some Pokemon singles and some sealed Pokemon when they can keep it in stock. Their prices are fair and the owner is super nice and down to earth. Employees are always willing to help. They also stock a lot of trading card game accessories and an insane amount of board games and miniatures. Definitely happy to have them around.”
“Excellent place to buy board games if you're looking for good ones. Prices are comparable (if not better) than a lot of online only retailers. This is my go-to FLGS when I've got the urge to pick up something new for game night.”
“Knowledgable, friendly, informative, and HONEST. I only spoke over the phone with the owner, but I got more help from him than I did with any other coin dealer in the area. I will 100% be doing business in the future.”
“Very nice coin shop. I really enjoy coming here to look at their selection of coins and bullion. Usually always something new to look at every week. Staff is very helpful and nice but they do get busy sometimes. The owner is a knowledgeable collector as well and is quite fair with prices. Would definitely recommend them to other coin collectors.”
“Really cool shop to stop into if you like model trains, accessories, model building or mini things in general. I was pleasantly surprised to see a tiny little section of dollhouse minis for a good price there since I figured it was all trains. Some things might have been slightly more expensive than online but if you add in the shipping youd pay, it's honestly cheaper at the shop. Then other items were a pretty good deal out the door. Plus there were items I've never seen online/before so that's the beauty of real-life shopping! I talked to the guy working, he was super friendly and helpful. Said they can order things if they dont have it. I was happy to see a few other shoppers coming in and out, I hope this place outlasts ebay resellers and we can keep some brick and mortar stores around. The house is cool and old and has sandstone slabs for the front steps. My mom has a cane so she didn't go downstairs but that's life sometimes, she shopped around upstairs, she didn't mind. We enjoyed this little house of treasures! I will definitely be back.”
“Hidden gem in downtown Cleveland. Owner is one of a kind…family first man! The dog is super cool too. Enjoy this mellow zen like atmosphere. Quality products for a great price. You get what ya pay for here. Stop buying your guy boring gifts and come here first! Love this place!”

“Great place to nerd out. Store isn't the nicest by any means, but it makes up for it in inventory and customer service. It wasn't busy when I went, so it might not be the same if they're not, but Michael was super helpful and patient looking up the cards and searching for them without any hesitation or that he didn't want to. He knew where it would be and was very helpful. Will be back for sure when in town.
They have a huge collection of table top miniatures, tcgs, and board games.”
“Much Thanks to the store manager Nickey .
Thank you for going out of your way to help me de construct my Halloween outfit for Benesch Halloween Gala. You are a true asset to Michael’s craft Store .”
“I love going to Michael's and all their arts & crafts!! The store is really nice and it usually has everything that you're looking for greatly stocked. Staff is usually really younger. Its nice to see these young people working!”
“My wife and I had gone in, in search of a paper cutter. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock however the young man that had helped us look for it was fantastic. He was kind and really personable. We had talked for a minute and I did not catch his name he had told us he'd been there for about 2 years. Either way that gentleman alone was enough to make me want to come back.”
“Love this store, always has a good sale, always organized and clean with employees ready to guide you and answer any questions you have. When I come to this store is always on my lunch break is always a breeze. As a crafter, I love Michaels.”
