I bought a dress for my rehearsal dinner and somewhere on the drive from Maryland to Ohio it got a mystery stain. I didn’t notice this until Tuesday and my dinner was FRIDAY. Rapid cleaners had my dress cleaned, and absolutely perfect by noon on friday, just in time to get ready for my wedding weekend. I can’t thank them enough.”

“I was a 50-year customer of the original Master Cleaners in Berea-- and knew its late owner and founder-- and when Cavalier bought the company I was concerned as to whether the quality of service would be maintained. Our first experience with them-- getting a linen sportcoat cleaned and pressed and a large bedspread cleaned-- was absolutely great. I think that the founder would be pleased at the continuation of a Berea tradition!”
“They are miracle workers! I fell down my front steps with a tray of rigatoni in my hands. The sauce (which had cream in it) got all over my wool blend jacket. This happened on Saturday evening. Monday at lunch I dropped it off with very little hope. The clerk assured me they'd get it out. I picked it up on Thursday and the first thing she told me was that it all came out. “I was in town for a few days and needed to do my laundry from my travels and this laundromat was an awesome find. Only about a 30 minute walk on a crisp Sunday morning away from my hotel. This place provides a great service to the people who live in the area and the people visiting like myself. They offer soap and fabric softener etc to purchase at a reasonable price.

“It is a nice place. They keep it clean so far things are up-to-date. The one thing that stands out to me. The reason why they won’t get five stars is because they advertise free dry but when you look at it, it’s 40 cents and with that 40cents, you only get six minutes some people may say that that’s nothing a small price to pay but why advertise something free and it’s not”
“I have been going to Bil-Mar Cleaners for a few years and they always do an excellent job and are so nice. Their prices are great and they have gotten suits done for me very quickly when I needed them. I also had my wedding dress preserved by them which turned out amazing and it came back in a beautiful box with a window that I could see my dress through. The pricing was competitive and cheaper than davids bridal. I’ve had them repair buttons on coats as well and would use them for alterations any day. If you’re looking for your new cleaner, this is the place to go!”

“Brought it an expensive shirt the was screwed up at the Giant Eagle laundry service. I took the wrecked shirt to TARGET CLEANERS on Pearl Road in Strongsville and the recleaned and repressed the shirt and made it like new again.GREAT SERVICE and people that really care about the work that they do!Give TARGET CLEANERS in Pearl Road in Strongsville a try if your frustrated at other cleaners… you immediately see the difference.”

“I generally do my laundry during the evening normally between Wednesday and Friday. I like to go and do my laundry when John is working. He makes the experience much more enjoyable not a chore. The atmosphere is always seems to be light and fun when John is working. Anytime I've ever had an issue, John resolved the problem immediately. John has gone above and beyond to help customers by lending a hand if asked or resolving an issue quickly. He always engages the customers in friendly conversation, making you feel welcome. It's ALWAYS an enjoyable evening doing laundry when John is working and I plan my visits to ensure I go when he's there. John is an essential part of there store and would not be the same with out his upbeat attitude. Keep up the great work John and I will see you soon!!!!”

“What is this I like the laundromat, they had plenty of washers and dryers, large sizes. It was clean, plenty of seating. Turn on my only complaint is, the machines only take coins. It would be nice to be able to use a card.”
