For our household move (crew of 5, 2 medium-sized trucks) they were incredibly fast (all furniture from 8 rooms and much packing of kitchen goods and clothing - done in 4 hours, from the time they arrived until they drove off (admittedly the two houses are less than 5 miles apart, but still!), very experienced (not one ding, crack, or bump), skilled (even moved an incredibly awkward and incredibly heavy outdoor sculpture), good natured (always willing to answer a question, never a gruff remark), and a very fair price to boot. Excellent communication, great at what they do, zero problems, very accommodating, great people. Special shout out to Karen in Parma (my destination depot) who helped me handle some logistics issues—way above and beyond, so kind, a breath of fresh air. Everyone I came into contact with from start to finish was excellent. 100% will use U-Pack again.
My budget was relatively limited, and my price with them was one of the lowest (priced 3 other big names) while that came along with some of the highest reviews. Win-win.”
