I brought my vehicle in due to a noise and vibration coming from the front end (potentially a hub issue, but the exact problem remained unknown). After diagnostics, it was determined that the rear coil springs and struts needed replacement, along with the negative battery cable, which was severely corroded and also required replacement. However, the noise and vibration persisted after the repairs, with a note stating it could be a "wheel or hub problem" and advising me to "bring it back if it gets worse."
This same vehicle was serviced at this facility in May, where an oil change, cooling service, fuel system service, tire sensors, and brake work were completed. During that time, a "27-point preventative maintenance inspection" was performed, and no issues were flagged. Yet, less than four months later, I was told the vehicle had over $2,500 in maintenance needs.
I spoke to both the service advisor and supervisor, but the only explanation provided was that "a lot can happen to a car in four months." At the very least, the significant corrosion on the negative battery cable should have been noticed during the oil change and inspection.
I have been bringing my vehicle to this service center since I purchased it six years ago, and this dealership is where I bought the vehicle, with plans to purchase future ones. However, this recent experience has made me question the trust I’ve placed in this dealership, and I’m unsure if I want to continue doing business here in the future.

I just purchased a beautiful 2024 Blue Buick Envista from Spitzer Dealership located at 6607 Brookpark, Parma! The salesperson, ROlanda was extraordinary. I have never, never had a customer service experience like the one I had with ROlanda! Customer service is everything. A consumer will spend the extra dollar if the customer service is on point, just like I did.

Theer was an oil leak and I brought the car in for service. They found that there was a small leak coming from the filter. They thighten it and clean it off completely. Selena Sooklill talked to me before hand and was very nice and informative. Afterwards she told me what the problem was and what they did to solve it. Very satisfied. She was completely professional and we chatted a bit about working hours. Because of her I'd have no problem coming back for service

I had the most amazing car buying experience!! Everyone was so nice and helpful, but my sales rep Alan was the best he went above and beyond. He took his time with me to show me vehicles that had what I was looking for and more he showed me all the features and gave honest information. I did not buy a car on my first visit to Spitzer but he kept open communication with me and did all he could to put me in the perfect vehicle for me. Let’s not forget Bill in the finance department! It’s not often that the finance department of a dealership is given praise but Bill was amazing the process was so quick and painless and he got me the best rate and the best deal. All around the Spitzer team was amazing! If you’re looking for a new car go here and let them take care of you!

Great experience at Spitzer! Have bought two other cars at this location when it was Axelrod, and I must say, Spitzer has really made the place look good! To start, the salesman that I was working with to purchase the vehicle, comes to find out that he was not working for the dealership. Second, the truck was advertised as a new vehicle with 5 miles on it, comes to find out that it has 241 miles. I should have been told all this before I traveled 649 miles to pick the truck up. Decided to go ahead with purchases, because I didn't want waste another $1500 for flight back home.

Bottom line, I was checking out over 5 hours (driving away 5 1/2 hours) after arriving for my appointment for rear brake replacement. Ken Neitzel - service advisor seemed to be trying his best, but I questioned him about it at the 2 1/2 hour point, and a little later a salesman saw me waiting and said "you're still here?" and talked to someone in service. I went in to the service desk area at 3 1/2 or 4 hours and loudly said "What's going on with my truck?". No excuse when a customer is visibly upset, and I was. Oh, they gave me 20% off - big deal. And I was there for an oil change and error light on January 16, and I was there over 5 hours that time.
