“The machines usually function properly.My only gripe is .I feel that PNC could do a better job of sanitation of the machines.Birds come through and soil the screen and you have to touch the screen or go to a machine that appears to be cleaner”

I needed to cash a check drawn on another bank and fifth third was the only bank in the area that would do it (and other tellers in the area responded to my questions rudely and made me feel stupid). “This branch is decent. Customer service is much better than one in Seven Hills. It's on my way home, so I often stop here, and mostly deposit through ATM. Waiting times could be better, but it's like that with every bank now.”
