“Katie's Green Laundry is a great laundromat in Lakewood. Lots of brand new washers here. Plus, they use Oxygen to sanitize every load.
My favorite feature are the three machines that both wash *and* dry all in one go!”
“So, I'm a traveler. I try with all my might not to spend $4 at the hotel for them to clean a pair of socks so I research drop off laundry service. If you have read my reviews this will mark at least a third laundry business that has done exceptionally well with their service. I was greeted and I asked if I could do drop off service and she said I could. She asked if I wanted just wash and fold and I agreed. She asked if I wanted it today or tomorrow and of course tomorrow was fine as I had clothes for the next day. The service was $3.99 a pound and my bag worked out to be 10 lbs. i arrived gave her my ticket and was promptly provided my folded clothes. Wow! What a great service. No arguments about undies, about required ironing or starches. Just cleaned and folded clothes. I'm happy and you will be too.”
“They are miracle workers! I fell down my front steps with a tray of rigatoni in my hands. The sauce (which had cream in it) got all over my wool blend jacket. This happened on Saturday evening. Monday at lunch I dropped it off with very little hope. The clerk assured me they'd get it out. I picked it up on Thursday and the first thing she told me was that it all came out. “I used Cleveland Wedding Gown Preservation at recommendation from my friend. They cleaned and preserved both my wedding dress and my mother’s (from the 1980s that I wore for my rehearsal dinner). They did a wonderful job with both. Would definitely recommend!”

“I found this place a while ago by accident and I live it so much I will never go anywhere else.
Not only is it air conditioned, extremely well taken care of and super clean, and their washers seem to clean better than all the others I've been to, but these machines seem to clean better -these machines wash a huge liad very thoroughly (plus the washers actually work - opposed to other laundromats in the area). Many many different load level washers here- plenty working on any setting.
In addition the owner is so kind and amazing...I left my work ID there by mistake and she went out of her way to look me up on Facebook and then contact me to try to get it back to me...AMAZINGLY KIND WOMAN!!”

“It is a nice place. They keep it clean so far things are up-to-date. The one thing that stands out to me. The reason why they won’t get five stars is because they advertise free dry but when you look at it, it’s 40 cents and with that 40cents, you only get six minutes some people may say that that’s nothing a small price to pay but why advertise something free and it’s not”

“What is this I like the laundromat, they had plenty of washers and dryers, large sizes. It was clean, plenty of seating. Turn on my only complaint is, the machines only take coins. It would be nice to be able to use a card.”

“Tried this place after my washer at home went out.
Arrived at 11am th only one there was a woman using the dryer. I noticed all washers were front load of various sizes (cap. In lbs.) 4 different in all I believe they were 30lb, 45lb, 50lb, & 60lb.
The woman there was kind enough to give me a little info. on using a front loader as I have never used one before.
I chose the 45lb. machines using 4 of them at $4.00 per load was able to clean a large amount of clothes almost 2 months worth of tee shirts, under shirts, sweat shirts/pants, & bath towels +.
As I started loading my laundry the kind woman was just leaving and wished me well.
I was done before Noon (35 minutes). Only 1 person came in as I was unloading my clothes into clean bags to take home to dry as my dryer still works, so I cannot tell you anything about them.
The place seems well taken care of (it's not new but nice) and with only one washer out of service and parking was very much available in the rear when I was there (be advised there is a local neighborhood bar on the corner).so I don't know if parking gets harder to come by later in the day.
I will be back to use again, definitely in the a.m..

“I generally do my laundry during the evening normally between Wednesday and Friday. I like to go and do my laundry when John is working. He makes the experience much more enjoyable not a chore. The atmosphere is always seems to be light and fun when John is working. Anytime I've ever had an issue, John resolved the problem immediately. John has gone above and beyond to help customers by lending a hand if asked or resolving an issue quickly. He always engages the customers in friendly conversation, making you feel welcome. It's ALWAYS an enjoyable evening doing laundry when John is working and I plan my visits to ensure I go when he's there. John is an essential part of there store and would not be the same with out his upbeat attitude. Keep up the great work John and I will see you soon!!!!”
“I trapsed around the city before coming to Tide Cleaners to get a feather/down mattress topper dry cleaned. Other cleaners either couldn't clean this type of household item or wanted to charge almost as much as the item originally cost for cleaning. Additionally, competitors said it would be sent out and returned in 2 to 3 weeks! Tide Cleaners' price quote was not only the lowest but also an objectively fair price too. Where they really shined was in 3 places: a) their customer communication... I got text notices about the status of my item; b) efficiency - while I was told a week or so, my item was ready for pickup 3 short days later. That seemed like dry cleaning magic, as far as I was concerned; and c) Quality of work - the item came back looking, smelling, and feeling great. It was protectively packaged, and good as or better than new.
The people working there helpful, professional, and polite.
Needless to say, this was a great first experience. I plan to bring all of my dry cleaning here.
Finally, they have an app and if you load coupons into the app or present them when checking your items in, you can save quite a bit.”

“Excellent service ! I have my laundry room not functional and have been using their service for about a month now. I have been using their wash and fold service. They have done excellent job with folding. Stuff also messaged me specifically about a pant that had still store tag on. They are prompt with their pick ups and drop offs. Scheduling is so easy through website. The folding is almost like ironed clothes. No wrinkles. Would recommend this service to anyone needing one. Hands down the best !”
