“Was seen @Urgent Care almost immediately after arriving. They provided excellent service. I was in great pain, so they sent me elsewhere to get an X-ray bcuz their tech went home for the day. YES, will highly recommend n will return again in the future. Minus star though bcuz the guy @front desk of bldg was NOT so nice to me (not @Urgent Care front desk); highly recommend to send him to Customer Service Training.”

“I have a severe phobia of needles and had to get some annual bloodwork done. Normally, my vision fades seconds after having my blood drawn. This was my first time having bloodwork at a UH lab, I had nurse Sarah, and I can confidently say she was the best nurse I have ever had. She was very kind, professional, and considerate of my phobia. She talked to me the whole time about off-subject things and it kept my mind at ease for the entire appointment. She let me stay seated as I waited for my lightheadedness to fade, and I never once lost my vision. Another nurse gave me a cup of water and 2 DumDum suckers to ease my mind and I walked out after 10 minutes. Huge applause to the entire staff working that day.”

“I do not know the name of the woman who attempted to take my blood on 2/3, but I wish I did. She deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond, and her kindness. I signed myself up for a medical research experiment, which requires my blood and every possible sample from me. I have near impossible veins to draw blood from, so at no fault of the woman, we did not have success. Most people do not listen when I tell them about my veins and turn me into a pin cushion. She listened to me and didnt just jab me. Not only did she listen, she set me up an appointment at another location that she thought may be better able to draw from me. Furthermore, I accidentally left part of my box needed for my sample collection. When I arrived today at the new location, the new woman told me that it was left and the woman from Middleburg drove it to their location. How awesome! She could have either discarded it, forgot about me, or made me go get it, but she took time out of her day to drop it off! Thank you!”

“I toured your facility a few days ago for possible placement for my brother who has dementia. I cannot express enough how fantastic your admissions person Crystal was. She was the kindest, most welcoming person. She included my brother in every step, which let me tell you was so heart warming. Even tho he didn’t quite understand what was going on, she took the time to make sure he felt included and heard. She was able to make a difficult day full of questions and unknowns a lot more accepting and understandable.”

“I had a very good experience here. I made an appointment online, got reminders, and check-in was quick and easy. The phlebotomist (I believe her name was Michelle) was friendly, thorough, and professional. I don't like having bloodwork done, but, she chatted with me and took my mind off of it. It would be helpful to have someone there to answer the phone, though. If a doctor faxes orders to the location, it would be nice to be able to call and know that Quest received those orders before the scheduled bloodwork.”
