“Where do I even begin! I researched good moving companies and this one is the place you are looking for!

First, the office administrator/coordinator Brittney is AMAZING! She worked with me for almost a month coordinating the best way for me to move things from two places to my new home with my fiancé! She communicates well, is very kind and down to earth, and makes sure that you are getting the best service. I changed things up until a few days before which was probably annoying but Brittney was optimistic and worked to make sure my best interests were met.

Second, the movers were kind and easy to talk with. They worked hard with our couch which proved to be harder than we expected but they got it done with no complaints.

Overall, it was worth what we paid for and will be using this company in the future!”

Excellent communication, great at what they do, zero problems, very accommodating, great people. Special shout out to Karen in Parma (my destination depot) who helped me handle some logistics issues—way above and beyond, so kind, a breath of fresh air. Everyone I came into contact with from start to finish was excellent. 100% will use U-Pack again.
My budget was relatively limited, and my price with them was one of the lowest (priced 3 other big names) while that came along with some of the highest reviews. Win-win.”

“Had no problems with ABF Freight....just the opposite. Was given several days notice ahead of time regarding my delivery. Was told it would be arriving on a pallet. Mike the delivery guy called me about an hour prior to delivery. He was very polite and accommodating.”
