“If you ever have a need for storage or Truck rental in the Cleveland area I highly recommend Parma Self storage. My review is more focused on the truck rental staff. Being a Budget Truck rental location, they were designated as a dropoff for our one-way move. Matthew at the location was exceptional to deal with and it was truly a pleasure meeting and working with him and his office person. I also want to throw shoutout to Mark at a different Budget location that guided me to the Parma location. Top notch people throughout. Highly recommended!”

“Can't recommend them enough! Moving is a nightmare no matter which way you look at it. We moved from Colorado to Ohio and they were helpful and professional every step of the way. Pricing was fair, no hidden charges or shady contracts. They even helped to arrange movers once we got to Ohio. Not one thing in the entire two containers we moved was damaged. I'm never moving again but if I did I would call them in a heartbeat!”

They worked continually and diligently the entire time. The crew was very personable and showed their knowledge and experience. Greg, the scheduler, checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. If I could rate higher than 5-Stars, I would.”
