“Love everything about this location except for the young lady working the fish department. We bring our dog for grooming and but food for them and our cats. Recently I set up a fish tank for my mother-in-law. My ans I took my mother-in-law to Parma to pick out her fish. Already having the knowledge of how many fish we can put in the tank that would be ideal for the fish, she in a very condescending tone questioned the amount. Was very poor of by her attitude. We will still go to this location for other needs, but we will never get fish from her a long as she working at this location.”

“This shelter does everything it can to make sure animals go home to loving families. We just adopted our second cat from this shelter and have nothing but good things to say about the people who work here. They were all busy taking care of the animals and you could tell they really care about every one of them.”

“What marvelous experience I had as I walked into Petland in Parma. A friendly welcome and ready to show you all the fur babies that are available. I was able to meet Laura; she is the Manager at this location. Charming, friendly and attentive as I expressed my interest in 2 Shih-tzus. I have them for more than 20yrs. Yes, Rockyjoe lasted in my care for that long. I am searching for siblings. She asked all the right question and the awesome responses to my question. We made arrangements to keep in touch since I have plenty of time in the pursuit of my doggies. Wonderful just wonderful!! I met Aubry, I can see she is a busy bee, super attentive to the door greeting customers and overall enjoying what she is doing. Is hard to find young ladies that actually work and doing a great job. All in this location need to acknowledge for their contributions to Petland. Outside on the wall is the name, Petland, however WITHOUT the employees that are there giving face and uplifting the company by their FABULOUS performance WOULD be nothing without them. Just a name on the wall.
How I got to Petland began with a call. Selena was my first contact. She listened attentively as I told her my story. I heard in her tone and voice, how empathetic she was at that time. She is like the walking computer of the place. Her knowledge and passion for was she does was noted. I thought she was a manager. Well, with the wonderful interaction I had with her, left me so at peace and motivated that this group of young ladies and assisting me in finding my fur babies. I see Selena progressing up the ladder to greater things. Aubry also even though I did not have that much of interaction. If you are searching for a 4-legged companion, THIS is the place to GO!!!!! I am so happy and excited to do my business with PETLAND PARMA!!!!”
