“Victor was very helpful today. With my bearded dragon lighting. He told us which ones would work best for our set up. And the Acadia 50 watt really did the trick!! He loved the crickets as well. Cya soon!”

“Absolutely LOVE this Petsmart. We shop here for our 2 cats and 2 dogs. We also have participated in their puppy training course. Jen is an incredible trainer and we absolutely can’t wait to come back for another class. Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. Appreciate you all so much!”
“I bought my adorable Yorkie from Speranca and she helped me so much! She made the process go so smoothly and she was so kind explaining everything to me. I am very happy and would recommend to see her at this Parma location. Thank you Petland Parma!

“Super cute that it’s 100% volunteer run. All of the volunteers seem to be knowledgeable and very sincere about wanting the animals to find good homes. I absolutely love my kitty Binx. He is a friend to our dog whom is also black and white! <3”

“Pet Supplies Sarah or Tara (I’m hard of hearing) called me to confirm my order and helped with the issue that I was having. Nothing that Pet Supplies Plus did wrong it was that I misread and she helped me understand the situation and the fact she called me speaks volume. Thank you so much perfect place for your pet needs and help if need be.”
