“I am going to have to say that this Marcs has the nicest employees. I love the girls in the deli, they are always so welcoming and that is like the worst job in my opinion, the cashiers are always delightful and friendly. The best part about the customer service at this marcs is the young man who picks up the carts...he is the sweetest kid ever. He will walk your cart to your car and put your groceries away, not expecting a tip. Sweetest guy ever. It's nice to see customer service like this. I am so happy to see customer service still means a lot for Marcs, especially since I know these workers are not making a ton. Thanks Parmatown Marcs.”

“This is our preferred pharmacy, because they actually treat one like a person unlike their competition. The entire staff is pleasant, takes the time to answer questions, and have never had a bad experience. Note: if transferring RX here, make sure you have to correct address not just "Rockside" or your meds could end up at the Independence location. Store is big, bright, and clean. They have a pretty good selection of basic items, but the focus seems to be on things related to medical products (vitamins, first aid, ...) and bath/beauty supplies (shampoo, makeup, ...). There's a Redbox (with a sun shade) outside the store. Not sure how many know this, so, they passport photos here. Don't risk getting yours rejected, just come here. Only real ding here is the parking lot. It is small and if entering from Rockside, the turn in is blind and tight because of the sign. This location shares an entrance/exit on Broadview with Arby's.”

“I went to get my covid booster and was a little early so I did some shopping. Found some stuff I didn't need on sale that was a plus. I went to the pharmacy before I found more stuff and the pharmacy techs were very friendly. I filled out my forms and waited for a tech to become available to do my injection. She was very quick and friendly. I was in and out within a few minutes. I went to purchase my items and the cashiers were very friendly as well. I swear I need to put blinders on when I go into Walgreens or I'll buy the whole store haha made it out with a few after Halloween sales and on my merry way. I plan to switch my prescriptions to this pharmacy as they were much friendlier than the last one I went to and 24 hours. Plus they are close to my house so that's a bonus.”
“Took my young son to get that Covid19 vaccine. He was nervous and pharmacist Lily made it a very enjoyable experience. She was calm, informative, patient and professional. I will send my nice friends there if they ever ask for a recommendation. My mean friends I'll send other places”

“I know, it's a CVS and stores like this seem to be on every block, in every neighborhood along with your Rite-Aids and Walgreens, but the staff at this store are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever encountered. Even the CNP's that man the Minute Clinic are always patient, informative, and always willing to answer any questions you may have on your visit. Now that the Rite-Aid in our neighborhood is gone, and the customer service at the local Walgreens is shall I say severely lacking, this new CVS has become the go-to spot for all of our family needs.”

“Calling into this Walgreens to troubleshoot on whether or not the store sold "Embossed Envelopes" I spoke with a Daniel who was the Customer Service Representative at the time. Daniel was a great help and seemed to do his job with flamboyance! As I thanked him for his help and spoke my appreciation he ended the conversation with " remember that when I need a kidney"!”
