“Vanessa at the register was outstanding. When she learned that I couldn’t find garlic stuffed olives at the end cap display, she rang me out with my main order then quickly ran over to the aisle where the other olives were and grabbed a jar for me. She then rang the jar up. No one was in line behind me.
But, as I was bagging my groceries, Vanessa began ringing out a lady who mentioned that she couldn’t find a certain type of cheesecake. Well, wouldn’t you know it, but Vanessa ran over to the cheesecake area and confirmed that ALDI was sold out.
Vanessa is a great ambassador for the ALDI brand, and I hope she gets recognized. Kudos to Vanessa!”

“I love this grocery store! Prices are nice and cheap. This is a good place for shoppers who are on a budget/fixed income. Along with name brand items, they also sell many generic brands to help shoppers save money. Store is always clean and well organized everytime I visit. The store clerks are helpful and the cashiers are very kind. I'd give ten stars if I could!”

“It's a strange but cool place. You can find interesting things for way cheaper than they usually are, but don't expect to get great prices on essential groceries like produce, milk, eggs... I don't know how they'd manage that. It's more like they buyout prices on odds and ends. Staff is always friendly as well.”

“I was not a big Target guy with some of the recent questionable clothing lines, but they did right that, IMO. Went their for the cell phone plans and met DeShaun in electronics! He knew in detail the specific pros/cons to each plan I was stunned cause my wife won't shop w me as I ask many questions, but DeShawn is able to give the details! Was well worth my time. Other staff (Dennis) were v. helpful. The store is busy for a reason, I will visit again.”
“Always clean. Great meats, produce, deli and friendly staff. Self checkout always works well and I've never gone and come out disappointed from low inventory or bad produce. Excellent grocer, ample parking. Curbside pickup employees are pleasant and handle things with care while You stay in your car if you use the app and order everything ahead. They offer substitution options, and get pickup orders ready fast.”

“It's a fun place to shop, and good prices compared to other places. I do think the fruit is not quite as good as giant eagle, but of course, you pay more there & you get what you pay for. The young gentleman that are cashiers there now, are very polite and helpful. Since taking away the self-checkout they do need more cashiers now”
“I have to thank the entire Giant Eagle staff. During the Coronavirus pandemic they have all worked hard to keep the shelves stocked. They adjusted hours to allow elderly to come shop earlier and the folks at the checkout are very friendly. I was able to get almost everything on my list. Giant Eagle is typically more expensive than some other stores but do have some pretty good sales. For the convenience I'll pay a little extra but I get my rewards and save a ton too. I am happy to have such a great grocer so dedicated to serving people locally. Thank you for keeping the shelves stocked during this time.”

“I don't come to this Giant Eagle often, but they occasionally have good deals on Flashfood, and I find myself there. The store has a good vibe, lots of older folks, seems well run and nice and clean.”
“The best DG, I have been to yet. They try to keep the store stocked. Employees are very friendly & helpful. Store is organized. Most of the prices are correct & if not they will correct them at the register. It's a shame you have to travel over 30mins to get good customer service. Most of the other stores are trashed with no products.”

I did buy a box of granola bars and there was one random snack that didn't belong. Not sure who is at fault for that. Customers or Walmart. Other than that my experiences are always great”
“Pharmacists and Techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. For everyone complaining about their prescriptions not being ready - sign up for text updates. Also, some medications are low in supply right now so it can take some time to get them in, try calling before you run out.”

“I love shopping at Aldi's, you save money compared to the regular grocery stores. The only thing I hate about Aldi's.... Forcing shoppers to use self checkout by only have one cashier working. If I want to do all that extra work as a senior citizen, to checkout my own groceries,,,I might as well just shop online and do pickup at Walmart. I am not your employee, this is not how to keep customers happy,”
