“These girls were INCREDIBLE. They were so helpful, brought me multiple sizes and brands of the scrubs I needed, and were so patient with me while I was deciding what to get. The prices are crazy affordable and the quality of the scrubs are amazing ( I got a Cherokee scrub top and bottom for $35 ). Cleveland Clinic employees get a 10% off discount as well! If you need scrubs, you need to go here.”
“I have been shopping at Second Sole for fifteen years and I don't trust anyone for athletic shoes as much as I trust Bill and his team. Bill is so down to earth and understands exactly what you are looking for because he has been a runner and hiker for years. He is so patient to work with and the way Second Sole is merchandised is clean and user friendly. You will see people of all ages getting their shoes and accessories because you always feel welcomed. He is also very generous with the community. This is what a small business is for.”

“I went to Hibbett Sports to find some shoes for my 2 granddaughters and it was a great experience. The light skinned lady that assisted me today was very professional and persistent in her job. She also tried to find some shoes in my size. But unfortunately they didn't carry a size 13 or 14.And the cashier kushy. Was very nice and professional as well. I will return to the Hibbett Sports on e.116 th street again.”

“I cannot begin to express how satisfied we are after shopping at this location. My daughter found a pair of boots that she's been searching a long time for and purchased them. The employees were really good. My daughter then left her cell phone in the store. We were in the store just prior to closing time, the day before Easter Sunday. We're from Canada and had to get back on Easter Sunday. I called first thing when they opened the next day and Krystal was kind enough to ship my daughter's phone back to Canada. Such a relief for my daughter! Cannot thank you enough!”

“Will probably stop in again at a later date and see if there are better employees working. We were ignored for the first 15 minutes we were there, and when someone did come over and ask if we needed assistance, they said they couldn't help but we could do this. There was next to no one in the store and once I figured out who the employees were we could have easily been helped. As there were more than enough people working to spare one to help a customer. I tried on a few pairs of shoes but ultimately left empty handed. This was my first time in this store, I'll give it another try maybe. But honestly I was looking for/needed shoes and the assistance could have actually granted them a sale.”
