“These girls were INCREDIBLE. They were so helpful, brought me multiple sizes and brands of the scrubs I needed, and were so patient with me while I was deciding what to get. The prices are crazy affordable and the quality of the scrubs are amazing ( I got a Cherokee scrub top and bottom for $35 ). Cleveland Clinic employees get a 10% off discount as well! If you need scrubs, you need to go here.”

“I cannot begin to express how satisfied we are after shopping at this location. My daughter found a pair of boots that she's been searching a long time for and purchased them. The employees were really good. My daughter then left her cell phone in the store. We were in the store just prior to closing time, the day before Easter Sunday. We're from Canada and had to get back on Easter Sunday. I called first thing when they opened the next day and Krystal was kind enough to ship my daughter's phone back to Canada. Such a relief for my daughter! Cannot thank you enough!”

She had wore the shoes for four days before we realized the fit was wrong, now they can't be returned. It was a waste.of money which was expensive for a baby shoe anyways.”
“Me along with several other parents allowed our graduating 8th graders to attend the mall together (for such a great year and new marking in life) although we were all skeptical (aka terrified). However, when I asked my son how was his adventure, we’re they being “profiled” or anything and he said no. He said that the staff in Journeys was actually the best and they were very helpful and understanding of them just being children enjoying their independence. “Will probably stop in again at a later date and see if there are better employees working. We were ignored for the first 15 minutes we were there, and when someone did come over and ask if we needed assistance, they said they couldn't help but we could do this. There was next to no one in the store and once I figured out who the employees were we could have easily been helped. As there were more than enough people working to spare one to help a customer. I tried on a few pairs of shoes but ultimately left empty handed. This was my first time in this store, I'll give it another try maybe. But honestly I was looking for/needed shoes and the assistance could have actually granted them a sale.”
