“Sales clerk was very friendly and extremely good with my granddaughter. Only problem which is a huge one she did not fit her correctly and we are stuck with shoes that are way to big. She had wore the shoes for four days before we realized the fit was wrong, now they can't be returned. It was a waste.of money which was expensive for a baby shoe anyways.”

“You know what...their clothes are a lil expensive for the quality and it's not typically my type of fashion but I will say they way the tend to you is pretty impressive. I had a girl making up several outfits for me and I thought that this was fun! It was neat to see what she put together for me and it wasn't like she just grabbed what she wanted to sell. She was actually asking me what kind of jeans and colors I like and what I usually like to wear. The best part is when I was in the fitting room she would be within a year shot away so I didn't have to get all dressed and shoes on just to grab a smaller size on the floor and head back in the fitting room to do it all over again. This definitely cut down on time and made things so much easier. They will clean up your fitting room when you're done so you can just get out of there. The best thing about this store is they offer 10% off for Military. I tend to stay loyal to stores who offer a Military discount.”

“Went today to the store around 1:00-2:00 PM and bought a pair of tennis shoes and boots. The attendants who worked there were extremely professional and made sure I walked out with a buy a pair and get half off another pair deal. They also recommended that I join their rewards membership and I got an additional 10 percent off on top of the deal. One attendant got a ladder and got my size of shoes down from the higher shelfs with a genuine smile on his face. Give these workers a nice reward. They have earned it. Showed the best customer service and attitude I have seen in awhile from anywhere. A+++ service I will be back.”
“I read the reviews on line and took a chance to come in, I have plantar fasciitis and I was helped by Ernie. I was very helpful did not make feel rushed, took his time had me try on a couple pairs of shoes and even had me try different orthotics. “So I came in to Shoe Depot and I really had no expectations. I didn’t know what I wanted. I asked for help from any worker, and I was disappointed that who came over was a kid who looked like he was anywhere from 11-16. What I didn’t know is that the guy, his name was Dominic, was very knowledgeable in the shoe department. I gave him my interests, and he picked out the best shoe possible. “Me along with several other parents allowed our graduating 8th graders to attend the mall together (for such a great year and new marking in life) although we were all skeptical (aka terrified). However, when I asked my son how was his adventure, we’re they being “profiled” or anything and he said no. He said that the staff in Journeys was actually the best and they were very helpful and understanding of them just being children enjoying their independence. I would like to thank the staff that where there during the day of 5/27/2023! You all may my day giving these kids a great experience! They also enjoy their very stylish crocs!”
