“Sales clerk was very friendly and extremely good with my granddaughter. Only problem which is a huge one she did not fit her correctly and we are stuck with shoes that are way to big. She had wore the shoes for four days before we realized the fit was wrong, now they can't be returned. It was a waste.of money which was expensive for a baby shoe anyways.”

“So I came in to Shoe Depot and I really had no expectations. I didn’t know what I wanted. I asked for help from any worker, and I was disappointed that who came over was a kid who looked like he was anywhere from 11-16. What I didn’t know is that the guy, his name was Dominic, was very knowledgeable in the shoe department. I gave him my interests, and he picked out the best shoe possible. “I had the BEST experience at Champs in Strongsville Mall! Huge shoutout to the amazing team—Ryleee, Chenelle, Ky, and especially Keyla—who truly made the whole process enjoyable. I came in determined (and probably a little chaotic ?) trying to get the Wolf Grays for my husband’s birthday, and Keyla stuck with me through it ALL for hours!
We were in line laughing, cracking jokes, and honestly just having a good time the whole way through. That kind of energy and patience is rare, and their personalities made the wait fly by. On top of that, their customer service was top tier from start to finish.
If I ever have to wait in line for a Jordan release again, I’m only doing it with them. Thank you ladies for turning what could’ve been stressful into such a fun experience!”

“I don't really understand all the hate for this place. I thought it was fine. They evaluated my stuff in like 15 minutes. Not bad. Expectations were low based on all the reviews here.
I brought in two bags of stuff and got $56 for 15 items. Obviously it'd have been nice to unload more of it and get more for it, but considering this stuff was just sitting around not being used, something is better than nothing.
No one was rude to me, either. Were they super bubbly and all smiley? No, but they were polite and treated me fairly.
I was a little surprised they didn't take certain items when I got back home. Other stuff, I was pleasantly surprised they took.
I was also browsing and noticed a couple items I liked. So all in all, I'd definitely go back at some point.”

They even offered me a style that I didn't know existed and ultimately purchased. They were very friendly and willing to assist me. 5 stars to the associates Tabitha and Betty.
