A few of the reviews say the employees here are rude. I’ve never had a problem and I’m always in and out within a couple minutes. As soon as you walk in the door the staff comes out from the back of the store to assist.

Horrible customer service. Employee was rude and cursing about his coworker that was outside smoking. Management and owner are a joke. Safe yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible rude customer service, it’s not the consumers fault this is where returns go. If you despise what you’re doing for a career change it. Also telling your co worker “don’t irritate me” is very unprofessional. I hope that was not the manager.

Seeing a common theme, RUDE. I generally don’t write negative reviews but my experience with this location was absolutely terrible. One of my packages did not get scanned correctly but when I called and tried to explain that to the woman on the phone her response was “well, it got scanned somewhere…”. Well no Ms. Hateful it surely did not because when I called UPS, as you instructed when you heard a tracking number that begins with 1Z, they informed it was NEVER scanned by the store or by a pick up driver…meaning it probably never left the store. When I called back after speaking with UPS customer support (as instructed by Ms. Hateful) the response was “I don’t see how this is my problem”. Left me muttering choice words as I hung up…

I feel like wait times are always going to be an issue at UPS stores, depending on the day and time. The people at this store are really good at getting people in and out. And they are always chill and relaxed here. I appreciate the customer service at this location.

It is no surprise to me that one of the frequently used keywords listed here is "rude." While Sarah was very helpful, the other employee, who was not in uniform or wearing a name tag, was extremely rude and interrupted Sarah for absolutely no reason. She was rude not only to her, but also to me, to the point of being argumentative. It was clear that she wanted me to take my shipment elsewhere, as she kept saying it would be "too expensive" without even providing an actual quote or asking for a zip code. When she was not busy harassing me, she was playing on her phone or smoking right in front of the door. I don't appreciate having to walk through cigarette smoke to get into a store. Needless to say, her mission was accomplished as I took my business elsewhere.

We used this store for a passport photo which was rejected at the passport appointment. We have been denied a refund (we were told we could have come back for a new picture which is completely inconvenient) and still have not heard back on our complaint after requesting a callback from the owner.

Went in to get something notarized, and all I got from the tall woman with glasses is that her brain is fried. She said that twice, before I had to ask what that meant. She, then stated not anymore today. Shouldn't offer a service if it cannot be done. Also, once I left I seen her go right back to her phone.

As I walk in the store ladie is outside smoking a cigarette right out front the door. Doesnt wash her hands or even puts Disinfected on . Gives me a dirty look as I walk into store. Ask her how to ship my Amazon package. She immediately gets attitude with me. Tells me to log in to my Amazon and I'm trying to she says you've got to pay a dollar and I said OK that's fine. Then she said I need my Amazon log in information to use the computer. She just didn't want to help me whatsoever I asked her to help me she ignored me as she was rude to other customers won't be back to that store.

This UPS store is having the worst customer service I have ever seen. The lady who is doing lottery over there is so rude and gives attitude every time. The other lady with her is nice but the other lady is really rude.

Visiting Cleveland and needed to ship a package on a snowy day on the fly. UPS remains top notch - space for me to assemble tge package including tools for cutting down the box, along with connection to national database. As in Virginia I just gave my phone number and selected from addresses on record. Still my go to shipping shop (personal and business). All good but most important and the reason for my review is the top quality staff in Parma (management take notice and reward). Dara and Michele were top notch, assisting pleasantly and quickly on all I had to do... GO!
