“i had an issue with getting my new battery in my car that i bought from autozone that the autozone employees couldn’t get in and i have no clue how to install a battery so i gave maverick a call. they told me to come on over and instantly took care of me and got the battery in my car! would 100% recommended stoping here for any car issues you have going on, they actually care about you and getting your car good as new!!!”

“Elite Auto is a great local partner for AAA roadside assistance services, and as a tow contractor.
Patrick contacted me within MINUTES of submitting my request within AAA’s app. He was very polite and friendly. He stated his estimated “time of arrival” and came very quickly 5 minutes earlier than he predicted.
He efficiently loaded my car and got me to my requested location in a fast and professional manner.
I was extremely thankful for his service and the coordination between staff at EAS and AAA.
I’m writing this review on the company’s Google page to share my very positive experience with Patrick and EAS; for their feedback and benefit, in addition to the relationship they have with AAA. My experience with them was facilitated with AAA as a local AAA member.
People have a dozen unfortunate “broken car” stories due to the quality of the roadside assistance and tow services; My experience with Patrick and Elite Auto Service was far from unfortunate.
