“I purchased power running boards and what I thought was a power tonneau cover. I picked the truck up on a Friday in a hurry due to another appointment I had scheduled. I opened the truck door and running boards lowered I jumped in and left. Arriving at my next appointment 45 minutes away I stared to go through the paperwork left on the passenger seat and noticed that there were no remotes to operate the tonneau cover. Upon looking at the invoice and locating the tonneau cover model # and googling it I seen this $2300 model was manual( mistake #1, I should have looked this up when Mitch emailed me pricing and I agreed to the purchase. My truck had an existing manual tonneau cover on it that due to health conditions I had a hard time opening.) I thought in my conversation with Mitch I mentioned power tonneau cover but am I positive absolutely not. So I called the store immediately and Ryan ( manager ) answered, looked up the purchase I made and confirmed it was manual. He said reach out to Mitch Saturday morning which I drove there and explained to him that 1) I wanted power cover 2) was having difficulty opening the brand new retractable. He asked that I reach out Monday when they were fully staffed. Due to work I was not able to reach out until Wednesday and it was Ryan who happened to answer we went through what happened and agreed that it was lack of communication on both Mitch and myself. He asked me to send him the cover I wanted which I did and he called me back and said he ordered the one I wanted and would give me a full refund. Mitch called me on Thursday and asked if I could drop the truck off Monday after work for a Tuesday install. I worried all weekend that I might have to eat the cost of the wrong cover but the process of getting the correct cover I wanted couldn’t have been more pleasant dealing with these two individuals. I have $80,000 in this truck and pick it up in a few hours and it is now exactly how I wanted it.

“I have to give a big shout out to O’Reilly employee Brittany … I have a Jaguar XF and needed a new battery.. while Autozone who installed a battery in the same car about four years ago said for some reason they wouldn’t install it because the battery is in the Trunk.. Brittany told me to bring it to her and she’d install it herself.. took my car and five minutes later Brittany tells me she’s done and have a nice day. “After looking high and low for a place to paint one of my cars that I'm restoring, I found GT Body Shop. I'm so glad I found them too. Boomer, the man who runs the shop, does amazing work. I can't tell you how happy I am with the job he did on my car! I had high hopes for how the paint job would turn out, but he exceeded them with the amazing job he did. He's fair on price too, which always helps. From now on, if I ever need any body work done, I know where to go. If you have auto body work you need done, I can't recommend GT Body Shop highly enough!

“Elite Auto is a great local partner for AAA roadside assistance services, and as a tow contractor.

Patrick contacted me within MINUTES of submitting my request within AAA’s app. He was very polite and friendly. He stated his estimated “time of arrival” and came very quickly 5 minutes earlier than he predicted.

He efficiently loaded my car and got me to my requested location in a fast and professional manner.

I was extremely thankful for his service and the coordination between staff at EAS and AAA.

“I drive out from Whitehall, Ohio to go here for hardware. All of the folks here are personable, and always ask if I need anything when I walk in the door. Usually I head to the bolt bin, as this is one of the last hardware stores around that I know of that has bolt bins, so instead of buying packs of three grade 5 bolts like you do at the other hardware stores, you can actually get what you need, and in the quantity that you need it. They have springs, and I'm pretty sure I saw motor brushes. If you like to repair things, rather than just throw them out and replace them, this place is a treasure trove of goodies.”
