“I have to give a big shout out to O’Reilly employee Brittany … I have a Jaguar XF and needed a new battery.. while Autozone who installed a battery in the same car about four years ago said for some reason they wouldn’t install it because the battery is in the Trunk.. “The guy who towed my daughters car was kind and went the extra mile. He called and asked a bunch of questions ahead of time and told us he would be there in 15 minutes and was there in less time than he told us. Then he even checked the car to see if he could get it started or diagnose it before he towed it. It was midnight and he had been working for hours and would still be working for hours longer and he showed up with a smile on his face and ready to do his job above and beyond what he was paid to do. I would be glad if elite was always the one AAA used and I never had to use another towing company again.”
