The mail carriers lately are horrible. We get informed delivery each day. We are constantly missing mail. Today we received 1 piece of mail out of 8 pieces. We have called and they always say give it a couple days to show up and they never do. I am not excited to get bills but I would like to pay them on time.

I love Charlie he usually is the one to answer the phones and is always pretty helpful. Plus, this post office never messes up my deliveries, it’s usually Columbus lol. Keep working hard Pataskala folks!

I had a delivery that went to the wrong address and they took care of it same day. Best service i could ask for as it was all baby stuff in the packages we would've never seen

I came into the post office yesterday- to apply for an expedited passport. Unfortunately the store is understaffed, and they weren’t able to accommodate walk-ins during the designated hours. However Amie was so kind. She's offered to at least take my photo, since I was already dolled up. Fast forward to today, I’m back for my appointment, and realize I’m missing one important document. She pointed me to the BMV so I could obtain it, and said she’d be at work until 2:30. Well, I rushed back with two minutes to spare- fully expecting to be asked to reschedule (which I would have understood). Amie saw me, remembered me by name, and said she’d be right with me as soon as she wrapped up with another couple (which ended up taking about 20 minutes). So all together, she ended up staying an extra THIRTY FIVE MINUTES after she was scheduled off work, to help me. Words can’t express how grateful I was for that. The staff at this USPS have always been friendly with me- but Amie goes ABOVE & BEYOND!

Stopped in once I moved. Asked how to change address and get keys for mail box. Older man had me complete 2 forms. Thought it was all done. Mail was still going to old address. Went back to post office. While trying to explain to the lady at the counter, she kept cutting me off, wouldnt let me explain what happened. It was extremely frustrating. I understand she had 13 people in line and was trying to get through the line but very poor customer service. Every time I attempted to make a statement, she would start talking. Made me frustrated and got me out of character. Understaffed, and under trained.

This post office deserves 0 start delivery men always deliver our package to wrong mailbox, and when we weant there to talk about it supervisor he said we will check tomorrow every time same answer, and we lost our packages, first supervisor need to replace gentle men
who know how to management, put some who really care .

This location serves the local communities well. However , I have specific complaint about mail delivery driver going to hazel-wood community , Pataskala behind Kroger , really need to have his eyes check up or needs to follow standard procedure to drop mails , packages or letters in correct mailing address. It has been recurring issues for long time . Every time I see packages or letters dropped in my mailbox from another address , every week or every two weeks for almost 2 years , that’s frustrating !

I was in the post office inquiring on. Package that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday of course it wasn’t then it said Friday of course it wasn’t went in on Friday afternoon to see if package was left behind. I heard one of the workers in the back, a woman, say I am so sick of this I’m going to start throat punching people. Excuse me?!?! Why are you in the public eye if you are wanting to throat punch people. This needs to be addressed and handled accordingly. I’m sure I wasn’t the only person that heard her say it. I’m sure there is cameras recording that can verify this. This happened on 04/05/2024 around 1:30-1:38 pm. She just kept going on and on. Address your employees that this is NOT ok!

Mail is always being put in my neighbor’s mail box! Important mail too my tax documents is dangerous!!!! I’ve complained multiple times to the manager here!!!

Thank you for Lindsey and this post office! After UPS delayed a package and turned it over to USPS, my package wasn’t going to be delivered on time to a little girl for her birthday. Devastated, I called this post office to see what could be done and Lindsey was SO incredibly kind. She personally went to look for the package and once she found it, she called the receiver to pick up. She didn’t have to go out of the way to do this especially during the busiest time of year but she did. I’m so grateful for her. She truly is someone making a difference and the epitome of what customer service should be.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady at the front desk was very rude I didn’t get her name but it started with a J I believe. She looked mixed Or Spanish. It’s like she had an issue with my beauty or something it was weird. I came to get my passport and she was rude answer simple questions me and my sister had and was also eating chips in between and acting very ghetto.
