They are a resale shop which I get but I have never had a pleasant experience here. I have given them multiple tries but the staff is EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I have never met a more ignorant staff of women. If you want at least a hello when you walk in a store don’t go here.

Took 3 more than gently used leather Fossil bags & wallets, a new off brand leather bag and a few clothes. They offered me $33 in cash or 40+ in store credit. The store credit wasn’t enough to buy a Thirty-one purse & a pair of Minnetonka moccasins. I took all my stuff back & dropped it at the Goodwill.

A waste of time…claims to only be business casual and has sportswear and t-shirts that they would not take. Also, had a very rude lady at checkout that basically said I shouldn’t bring clothes back.
