“Mike and Jim, Good morning. I would like to recognize 1 of your employees, Chris, for her exemplary customer service this past Thursday early afternoon. I had brought my gold-tone St. Benedict crucifix pendant in to your place of business, thinking that the clasp needed to be looked at, and possibly, replaced. Chris had identified the issue as being a thread of a bath towel being caught inside the clasp. She had then steamed the thread out, saw that the clasp had no issue(s), and gave the crucifix pendant back to me, at no charge. All of this was done while I had waited, and Chris even briefly left the store to give me back the crucifix pendant (I was illegally parked, and was looking for an open parking space). I am a retired marketing / salesperson, and to receive such great treatment really resonated with me. My wife Lisa (nee Rava) and I bring all of our jewelry-related business to McGivern Jewelers, and will continue to recommend you to our families and friends.
