What I like most about Lowes is that they allow dogs in their stores. Employees are helpful and friendly. Offering good deals on many items.

They have great pricing on their lawn and garden and a nice clearance rack! Staff is very friendly also. Had 1 issue with a young cashier that didn't seem to want to come out of her AC booth so she handed me the scan gun and I did it all myself! Should get a discount for doing their job I don't work there! But it did not deter me from shopping there again.

The prices at Lowes are always higher than the competition but i don't mind giving the business on certain items, i bought carpet from here and the experience wasn't the greatest. They delayed my order 3 times, overcharged for cheap low grade material, did not explain the process properly and the manager Dakota was terribly rude to remedy the situation, i will not do any home installation services with them again.

It seems like every time I go in the Howell store they are out of what I'm looking for. I drove 25 min to get something that is listed in stock at 25 pieces. I get there and no one can find any.
If I had a choice I would never walk in that store unless I had to.

Why have registers if they are never opened? Went to Lowe's for a few items that I ended up buying down the street. The main reason is that they only have self checkout open AND it was credit only. Apparently cash is not something that they can or know how to handle. Let me help, I want something., I have you green paper and then you might give me some back or these little metal round things called coins. I then leave with my items and I'm happy. Shocking to all, this did not happen. Way to go Lowe's!
